Welcome Event

Garden Attire/ Semi-Formal?: Wear sundresses, floral prints, and a nicer shirt and presentable pants (Whatever that means to you, haha).

There will be a light buffet in addition to cocktails (cash bar) to welcome you at the hotel. We can't wait to see you!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Formal Attire: Wear formal gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes/suits with neckties or bowties.

This is an outdoor event for both the ceremony and reception so please plan attire and footwear accordingly. This event will also be "Unplugged"; we kindly ask that you silence your phones and keep them tucked away during this time. Photos from the photographer will be available on the website once we receive them after the wedding. The theme of the wedding is "Wildflowers"; have fun with what you choose to wear and don't be afraid to get a little magical! We're ecstatic to celebrate our big day with everyone!!

Cocktail Hour

4:45 pm - 5:45 pm

Royalston

Cocktail Hour kicks off right after the ceremony ends. Relax, play some yard games and help yourself to drinks or have our specialty drinks made for you by our bartender, Robert Munroe. There will be a charcuterie table and light snacks.

Dinner

6:00 pm - 7:45 pm

Royalston

After cocktail hour, make sure to find your seats and dinner will begin soon there after with family style meals. Toasts and dances will also take place during this time.

Reception

7:45 pm - 11:45 pm

The Reception starts off with the lighting of the bonfire, sparklers, and some upbeat tunes. Cake cutting will also occur at some point during this time. The party goes until we can boogie no more!
