Allison and Paige met Summer 2013 at The Pines Catholic Camp. Their friendship didn't really begin until Summer of 2015 when they both traveled to Alaska to work at St. Therese's Camp. Then in winter of 2015 they were back in Alaska for a retreat and their friendship deepened immensely (this is when they both realized their mutual love for Ke$ha)! Allison drove with Paige up to Alaska in 2016 and became Paige's roommate when she herself moved up to Alaska in 2017. Allison has been an incredible best friend and roommate to Paige the past two years.
John Paul Nguyen
Best Man
Cristian met this all-around stud in 2015 during their freshmen year at UT. Cristian admired his faith, athleticism, and confidence in all things that JP did. They would be part of the same bible study through senior year and even co-lead a bible study during the fall semester of their senior year. Cristian sees JP as the guy who "gets" him in their drive toward sanctity and their friendship has grown on the foundation of Christ. But also their love for sports and playing some Lumineers.
Samara Cooper

Samara & Paige met on Paige’s first day of school after the Christensen family moved from CA to TX. Samara was very fond of the purple diamond earrings that Paige was wearing & that prompted Samara to talk to Her. They found out that they were both from Orange County & they both lived in the same neighborhood! On the last day of school, the 2 forgot to exchange phone numbers but that didn’t stop Samara from finding Paige. Samara went from door to door in the neighborhood asking if Paige lived at there. After many houses, Samara found the right one! The two were inseparable (with a short hiatus in 7th grade lol) &have been best friends ever since. They have gone through huge milestones throughout their lives & Paige is so excited to go through this with Samara standing right by her side.
Jake Brownlee

Jake and Cristian met during the summer of 2018 when they would both work at St. Therese's Camp in Alaska. Neither of them knew what they were getting themselves into and neither of them would regret their work at the camp. They quickly realized how devoted to Jesus both of them were and that immediately allowed conversations that "tested the waters" to turn into some of the most inspirational and real conversations that Cristian has ever had. When Cristian thinks of Jake (which is all the time), he can't help but think "I'm ready to go to war with this man at my side."
Christine Munda

Christine and Paige met at The University of Texas at Austin in 2013 when Paige was a freshman in college. They were both in the same sorority and immediately Paige was drawn to Christine because of how insanely weird she was, but also because of how loving she was. Christine was with Paige her first summer in Alaska working at St. Therese's Camp. The Lord brought their friendship to new depths that summer and Paige quickly realized Christine would be a forever best friend.
Adam Mendoza

Well, well, well. What do we have here. Cristian grew up always wanting to be like his older brother, especially in soccer and in humor. Adam is one of the funniest guys and once he gets on a roll, Cristian typically laughs so hard that he bawls. Adam has always been very supportive of what Cristian does and continues to do so. They have a tons of memories that they like to revisit and quotes from movies/TV shows that they promise never get old. Cristian is proud to have his big brother with him at the altar.
Lauren Koehler

Lauren and Paige met Summer 2018 at St. Therese's Catholic Camp. While the two didn't immediately connect, Paige slowly but surely came to realize how much she loved Lauren's friendship. Lauren has been a rock of support when it comes to Paige and Cristian's relationship. She managed to graciously third wheel a 9 hour (one way) road trip with Paige and Cristian, and for that she deserves an award!
Matthew Sanchez

Cristian and Mattie hit it off extremely naturally. Their bro-ness is unparalleled and they don't go a conversation without cracking each other up. Mattie has been an incredible friend and brings out the louder side of Cristian and, for that, Cristian is eternally grateful. Neither of them tire from impersonating Sylvester Stalone, probably not even at the altar.
Josefa Gonzalez

Josefa and Paige connected via Instagram after Josefa saw a camp called St. Therese's Catholic Camp. Josefa was hired to work there Summer 2017, she and Paige connected instantly. They spent the summer running around Alaska and bonding over their mutual love of photography & a good cup of coffee. Josefa is a ball of passion and adventure that continuously inspires Paige to live more boldly. Paige is so incredibly honored to have Josefa as a bridesmaid!
Cody Christensen

Cody was both welcoming to Cristian and talked to him as if he was already a good friend. They connected at the Christensen family vacation where they were able to play wiffle ball and showed some of their baseball talent. Cristian is very appreciative of Cody's love for Paige and how he always makes Cristian feel welcomed and like another brother of the family.

Vyvian and Paige met fall of 2015 at The University of Texas when Vyv was a freshman & Paige was a junior. Over that year their friendship grew deeply and the two of them bonded over spontaneous road trips and Grey's Anatomy. Over the years, Vyvian grew to become the little sister that Paige always wanted.
Kevin Christensen

Kevin and Cristian got along from their first hello. They immediately cracked some jokes and found some things they had in common very quickly. Kevin immediately struck Cristian by the way he loves his family, especially Paige, as well as their nieces and nephews. Cristian is honored to have an incredibly funny guy as part of the big day and is looking forward to the silly friendship that will continue.
Taylor Draughon

Taylor and Paige met at the Pines Catholic Camp in 2013 when Paige "accidentally" kicked Taylor off of a bed on the last night of camp. They continued to grow in friendship as Paige would visit College Station and stay at Taylor's house on the weekends. March 2018, Taylor and her husband moved to Alaska and Paige was ECSTATIC! Over the year Taylor and Paige's friendship has blossomed into a beautiful gift that Paige thanks God for everyday. Taylor is a huge role model to Paige in what it looks like to pursue holiness as a wife and mother. Paige is so incredibly honored to have Taylor take part in this big day with her!
Kyle Christensen

Kyle is Paige’s oldest brother, so naturally Cristian has to make the first impression count. Kyle welcomes Cristian with a very welcoming handshake, look in the eye, and a pretty dang-good pronunciation of Cristian’s name. Kyle has since been incredibly welcoming and has made his desire to get to know and love Cristian more known. For that, Cristian is very grateful. Cristian is appreciative of Paige’s oldest brother’s openness and is looking forward to having his support at the altar.

Brianne is Paige's oldest sister. Brianne (11 years older than Paige) has been a huge role model to Paige over the years. Brianne has shown Paige what it means to truly live out the Vocation of married life. Paige was Brianne's Junior Bridesmaid in 2008 and she is so excited to have her big sister standing up with her at the altar!
John Barrientes

John has been in Cristian's life since Thanksgiving of 2018 and has already been the best mentor Cristian has ever had. Cristian looks up to the way John works, cares for his friends, and loves his wife, Tracey. John always makes sure that Cristian knows how much support he is continually giving. Cristian is incredibly grateful to have known John for this short time and is excited for how their friendship and mentorship will develop.

Brittany is Paige's 2nd oldest sister. Throughout Paige's life, people always told her that she and Brittany were twins who were 7 years apart. Paige has always thought the world of Brittany and always has the best time hanging out with her. Paige is so excited to be able to have her older twin sister celebrating in this big day with her!
Andrew Arsenault

Andrew and Cristian connected over Thanksgiving of 2018 and have been closely drawn to each other's friendship since. Andrew has been monumental to Cristian, both in Cristian's transition to Alaska and in Cristian's proposal to Paige. Cristian admires Andrew's work-ethic as well as selflessness to his family, friends, and community. Cristian is pumped for how their dynamic will look in the future but is appreciative of this brotherhood already.
Brooke Christensen

Brooke is Paige's 3rd oldest sister. Brooke and Paige, being 4 years apart, have had the classic big/little sister relationship. When Brooke was in high school, Paige was the middle school sister trying to wear all of Brooke's clothes. As the two of them have gotten older, they have become incredible friends who support each other through everything. Paige is very excited to have Brooke's support as she marries her best friend!
Alex DiVerde

Alex and Cristian met in December 2016 as they were about to head to Trinidad and Tobago on a mission trip. Alex was a FOCUS Missionary and made sure Cristian was going to have a good and fruitful time. Then, in summer of 2017, Alex would spend his second missionary year at UT and their bond would become unbreakable. Whether they got together for a good workout, made pancakes with gobs of peanut butter and bananas with eggs, or hung out leisurely, Alex would become an incredible mentor and friend to Cristian. Having Alex up there to support Cristian is a no-brainer.
Marissa Mendoza

Marissa is Paige's (soon-to-be) sister-in-law! Paige met Marissa in Summer 2018 when Cristian took Paige to San Antonio to meet his family. Paige was immediately blown away by how deeply Marissa loved Cristian, which in turn made her very loving and welcoming to Paige. Paige is so excited to gain a new sister and continue to grow in relationship with Marissa!
Anthony Krupa

Anthony and Cristian met in the Fall of 2015. Anthony was Cristian’s first encounter with a man who was in love with Christ. Starting with bible study and discipleship, Anthony quickly become one of Cristian’s best friends. Cristian is forever grateful for Anthony’s influence, especially as it relates to the Catholic Faith. The two would become brothers in the truest sense of the word with goofing around, challenging each other to grow deeper in the faith, horseplaying (Anthony may have usually won but Cristian could outrun him if he wanted.. just putting that out there), and sharing life together. Anthony has literally had a life-changing impact on Cristian’s life and Cristian is deeply appreciative.
