Paige's best friend of 25 years, her right-hand woman, her big sister Mackenzie. She has been the best cheerleader (literally and figuratively) in Paige's life and gives the best advice from 1,000+ miles away. If you haven't met her yet, be sure to find Miss Congeniality out on the dance floor with champagne in one hand and her fiancé, Christian, in another. The duo will be getting married in 2021, and Paige could not be happier to share this exciting part of life with Kenzie.
Brent Andresen
Best Man
Father of the groom, beer connoisseur, and an overall terrific man, Brent was an easy choice for the groom’s Best Man. Craiton has long been at awe for his father’s patience, work ethic, and desire to help others. They spent many years on the road travelling for baseball, and their father-son relationship was built on the foundation of the Chicago Cubs, Joe Diffie, and McDonalds fast food. Craiton eagerly looks forward to adopting Brent’s hobbies of woodworking, beer brewing, and being a generous host. If you see him on wedding day, strike up a conversation and be sure to thank him for the beer!
Fernanda Barnes

When Mason was born, Paige thought the Compton siblings were complete. In 2010, Fernanda (or Fern) packed her bags in Chihuahua, Mexico to live with complete strangers in Durant, Iowa as part of a foreign exchange program. Fern and Paige shared a room and got to have sleepovers every night. Fern soon became a permanent member of the family and was the best things to happen to the Comptons. She's hilarious, insanely fun, and everyone's best friend. Fern and her husband, Kyle, live in Atlanta and love dominating Paige and Craiton in Catan.
Josh Jacobs

Craiton and Josh have been great friends since Freshman year of college when Josh adopted Craiton as his third roommate. Their shared interests included small town life, beer, and Luke. One of the smartest individuals Craiton has ever met, the groom now realizes he should have emulated Josh’s study habits more throughout their time at Iowa. If you need to find Josh come wedding day, he’ll either be cutting a rug out on the dance floor or somewhere talking about fantasy football.
Haley Milne
Bridesmaid
Haley is Craiton's older sister and proud mother of the adorable flower girls. She instantly welcomed Paige into the family and brings so much light and happiness into the room with her smile and incredible hosting skills. If you see a man with a Scottish accent making friends with complete strangers, that's her other half–Ross. Paige and Craiton cannot wait to make many more memories with the Milne family. Also, wishing our future kids are half as cute as theirs!
Lucas Laufenberg

Another college roommate, the groom has known Luke since 3rd grade when they were placed on the same basketball team at the Erickson Center in Clinton. Rumor has it after the season Luke asked his dad to “teach him to play like Craiton”. As their friendship blossomed much later, Craiton relied on Luke to always be down to order Gumby’s pizza, hit one of the many Iowa City dance floors they blessed, or play video games late into the night. Luke is always the life of the party and the couple is eager to watch him as they celebrate on wedding day.
Hannah Thomas

Hannah's southern charm stole Paige's heart in the great state of Texas. The pair were inseparable at Texas A&M and have not missed a beat since. Hannah is always the "voice of reason" just a text or Facetime call away. They bond over a love of exploring, football, great food, craft beer and much more. Hannah and her partner, Natalie, just moved back to Knoxville and we see many double dates in Asheville in the near future!

As the brother of the bride, Craiton quickly found it easy to bond with Mason over talk about the Indianapolis Colts, Hawkeye football, and everything else in the sports world. As the little brother that Craiton never had, Craiton now watches Mason go through his time in Iowa City with great interest, and envy.
Maddie Damm

Random roommate turned instant best friend. Paige annoyed Maddie each Hawkeye Saturday morning by blaring "Back in Black", but somehow Maddie found a way to overlook that. The duo spent 4 years at Iowa being Mug Night regulars and eating way too much late-night Mamis. It is hard to find a college memory that does not include Maddie, and Paige would not have it any other way. Maddie and her husband, Austin, live in Des Moines and are the life of the party!
Nick Kutsch

Kutsch is one of the nicest people Paige and Craiton have had the pleasure of meeting. Another college friend, Craiton was instantly drawn to Nick’s personality, kindness, and beer pong prowess (as partners they once won fourteen games straight). Craiton now lives vicariously through Nick’s sports betting, trips to the casino, and daily stock updates. Nick always makes a great impression on those he meets, and the couple looks forward to having him involved in their special day.
Isla Milne

The adorable little girl who gave Craiton the title of "Uncle". She loves Frozen, swimming, donuts, and has the cutest curly hair. Yes, we know she will steal the show and we are totally okay with that!
