Hotel
Located right in downtown Cedar Rapids and close to lots of fun restaurants, bars, and other local attractions. We will have a shuttle to transport people from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the evening. The room rate is $129 and parking is $12 per day. **The room block may fill up. We are working with the hotel to hopefully add more rooms, but cannot guarantee we will be able to get more rooms at our group rate. If the block is full, we suggest calling the hotel directly to inquire about booking at the discounted rate.
Shuttle

There will be two shuttles to take guests from the hotel to Usher's Ferry for the ceremony at 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. The shuttle will be parked right outside of the DoubleTree Hotel. At the end of the evening, there will be a 10:15 p.m. shuttle and 11:00 p.m. shuttle from Usher's Ferry back to the hotel and downtown Cedar Rapids bars.
Flight
If you are flying, we highly encourage flying into the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
