Thank you all for your promptness in RSVPing and your interest in the chateau! As previously mentioned, staying at the chateau is a first come-first serve basis, and the chateau is now completely full and no longer available for accommodations. If you need more information on places to stay, I am happy to assist. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How to Get to the Chateau
There are Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth and Poole to Saint Malo (90 minutes away), Caen, or Cherbourg. Condor ferries also go from Weymouth and Poole to Saint Malo. Flights to Rennes (45 mins away) or to Nantes (70 mins away) from Shannon, East Midlands or Stanstead with Ryan air (www.ryanair.com) or by British Airways from Gatwick. The TGV from Paris goes to Rennes and Redon (15 mins away). From Rennes: From RENNES or the airport take the D177 (towards REDON), leave the D177 at SAINT JUST (exit after PIPRIAC). Go to the centre of the village and take the road behind the church, direction Sixt-sur-Aff. The road then forks, take the left hand fork (smaller road signed, megaliths, etang du Val. Follow the road for about 3km you will go through a small hamlet called Pourbreuil. The road then bears right and you go over a small stream. You will see the Chateau on the left and the road will bring you round. Take the second entrance (indicated Chateau du Val) rather than the first (signed the Val) as this leads to the farm.
