Summer Solstice Welcome Event - Scores Bar/Rendezvous Lobby Bar

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Bright colored recommended to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

We will be meeting at the sports bar Scores at Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa. The bar is adults only starting at 9 pm, so if you have children and want to come a little early, feel free to do so! The wedding party will be there waiting for you. That said, the Scores Bar is more of an initial meet up space and as more people arrive we can transition into the larger Rendezvous Bar which will more comfortably fit 70 people.

Wedding Ceremony - Beach

5:55 pm - 6:30 pm

Beach Cocktail Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Dress nice, but also be prepared for an outdoor beach/pool wedding. Also, we would recommend wearing a bathing suit underneath your outfit.

Please arrive by 5:55 pm so the ceremony can begin on time. The ceremony will start at 6 pm. There will be a shoe check station available for those who would prefer to be barefoot on the beach during the ceremony.

Cocktail Hour - Preferred Pool

Beach Cocktail Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Dress nice, but also be prepared for an outdoor beach/pool wedding.

After the ceremony on the Beach, we will relocate to the Preferred Pool for the Cocktail Hour and Reception.

Reception - Preferred Pool

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Beach Cocktail Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Dress nice, but also be prepared for an outdoor beach/pool wedding.

The Cocktail Hour will transition into the Reception at 7:30 pm at the Preferred Pool.

After Party - Ballroom

After the Reception is over, we will relocate indoors for the After Party in the Ballroom!

Mexico Adventuring

1:00 pm

Bathing suit, shorts, and anything else you would like to wear outdoors in water or while hiking, zip lining or repelling.

We will be picked up from Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa to go to a local private cenote where there is ziplining into the cenote and we'll also have a light lunch. Suggested donation of $50 per person to go towards the cost of the afternoon.
