There are many fun places to shop, grab a meal or grab coffee. Just park and take a walk around!
The Astoria Column
A tourist must-- climb the 160ish steps to the top to get a beautiful view of Astoria and all it has to offer!
Buoy Beer Company
Our favorite brewery in Astoria, located out on a pier over the river. Watch out for sea lions in the lobby under the clear viewing floor!
Fort George Brewery
Great beer and wood fired pizza! They also have balcony seating on the 2nd floor if it's a sunny day
Astoria Brewing Company Taproom
Great food and beer, plus a full bar. Make sure to check out their large Goonies shop near the restrooms. Watch for the Astoria Trolley driving by down the boardwalk! The locals still refer to this place as the Wet Dog (the brewery's original name)
Pier 39
One of the places to get a nice view alongside the river. It has a Rogue Brewery location to grab a beverage at, plus a Museum honoring the cannery that used to be there.
Columbia River Maritime Museum
A museum dedicated to the people running boats on the Columbia River and beyond. (Currently a $14 entrance fee per adult)
Oregon Film Museum
Many movies have been filmed in Astoria including The Goonies, Kindergarten Cop and Free Willy. The old Clatsop County Jail has been transformed into a museum dedicated to the history.
