Flight
This is Chattanooga's only airport and the best place to fly into. However— Nashville, Knoxville and Atlanta all have airports and are only about a 2 hours drive from Chattanooga.

If you plan to consume alcoholic beverages during our celebration, we recommend making a plan for a designated driver. If that's not an option, PLEASE use Uber or Lyft.
Hotel
Rooms must be booked by September 11, 2020 at midnight in order to receive this special rate. You may contact the hotel directly to book your room or use the website link. This rate does not include breakfast. Overnight parking charges are $11.00 for self-parking and $15.00 for valet parking. Each reservation must be guaranteed with one (1) night's room and tax with a major credit card. The guarantee is required at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your check in date. Any reservation not cancelled in accordance with reservation polices will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.
