To take advantage of our discounted group rate, please call the hotel (online reservations not accepted) and book under the Dalian-Macagon wedding block by August 6th. Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, and rooms booked after the cutoff date are subject to hotel availability and pricing. 2 Queen ($149 + tax) or 1 Premiere King Rooms ($169+ tax) are still available. Adjoining rooms are also available for an additional $25. Note there is a 48 hour prior to check in cancellation notice required for full refund. Standard check-in is typically is at 4pm & early check in is not guaranteed. Since our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30, if you are arriving on Saturday we recommend checking in after the ceremony unless you’ve confirmed an earlier check in.

Travel Note

Parking

Complimentary parking is available in the parking lot behind the Shadowland Ballroom beginning at 3pm Saturday. It's a short walk to the ceremony site from here. (see map on FAQ page) Cars may be left in this lot over night, however will need to be moved by 10am Sunday morning or you will have to pay the parking attendant the daily rate. If you are staying at the Silver Beach Hotel, they have free overnight parking for hotel guests as well.
