Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

Question

What safety measures are being implemented to keep guests safe?

Answer

Here are some safety elements we’ve incorporated into our wedding day: 1. Ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors (at the same venue), weather-permitting. 2. The venue has recently made significant updates to their HVAC system and is now using bi-polar ionization technology that purifies the air to remove harmful viruses and bacteria from the air stream. Learn more at https://atlantacontemporary.org/visit. 3. We kindly ask that all guests wear a mask. 4. Please follow all safety guidelines recommended by the CDC. If you are able, quarantining and/or taking a COVID-19 test will help protect all of our wedding guests. 5. Hand sanitation stations will be located throughout the venue. 6. If you are not feeling well or have been around someone ill, please stay home. If you have to change your RSVP, please let us know ASAP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, Atlanta Contemporary offers free self-serve parking for 57 cars across the street at the Carriage Works parking lot.

Question

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

No. We ask that only guests included on your invitation attend.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do (after all, we did meet serving in Cornerstone Kids.) As much as we would like to invite all the children of our friends, it is only possible to accommodate the children in our wedding party.

Question

Will there be a way for guests to share pictures from our wedding day with the couple and other guests?

Answer

Yes! We will be using The Guest, a free photo-sharing app that automatically uploads (you can choose which not to upload) guests' photos and videos from their personal devices. We would love to see the moments of our big day from the lens of our loved ones. We'll send more information about the app before our wedding day. Until then, here is some more info: https://www.theknot.com/photo-sharing-app/faq/. Also, if you post any pictures on social media, we encourage you to tag us using #OnCloudZan

Question

Should I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please plan to turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. We encourage guests to take as many pictures as their hearts desire during the cocktail hour and reception using The Guest app. It’s an art center after all, so get all those great pics! We will also be live-streaming the event via Zoom and will gladly share the recorded video with any guest who requests it.
