What's the latest news?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know your health and safety are our top priority. We have some important updates in the FAQ's below. Please take a moment to read through them. Thank you!

Question

Will the wedding be "in-person" or virtual?

Answer

State and local COVID -19 guidelines have restricted our guest list. In light of this, we will host a live stream of the wedding via Zoom with in-person family members in attendance.

How do I join virtually?

Answer

The virtual stream will be hosted through Zoom. The link will be shared directly, but please check back here closer to the date if you did not receive or lost the join link.

Are face masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

Yes. All guests are required to wear a face mask that covers the mouth and nose. If you do not have a mask, there will be some available.

Will temperatures be taken?

Answer

Yes. All guests will have temperatures taken with a no touch thermometer before entry. If your temperature is above 100.4 °F [38 °C], you will be asked to view the wedding virtually.

Will food be served?

Answer

Food will be served "to go" at the end of the wedding celebrations, so please be sure to eat before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors. The wedding will be hosted outdoors and underneath a pavilion.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the pavilion parking lot. Parking is free.

Question

Will there be sanitizing stations?

Answer

Yes. Sanitation stations will be conveniently located at the venue.

Will you encourage social distancing?

Answer

Yes, social distancing will be encouraged through arranged seating among family groups.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, guests are invited by direct invitation only.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Arrive by 12 PM ET.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

All activities are expected to end by 4:30 PM.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal/Semi-Formal.
