Welcome Dinner

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Women can wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, nice summer clothes. Men can wear and nice button downs and slacks.

We will have wine and beer options, along with charcuterie and street tacos. There will be a shuttle to/from this event, leaving from the Fairfield Inn and Suites hotel. The specific times of the shuttle will be added the week of.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Note that the wedding ceremony will be outside so we advise against stilettos. Please no short dresses/short sleeve button downs..

Please arrive by 3:30 pm for the ceremony as it will promptly begin at 4 pm on the lawn. After the ceremony concludes, there will be a cocktail hour on the patio, and then the reception with dinner and dancing in the lodge will begin. There will be a shuttle to/from this event, leaving from the Fairfield Inn and Suites hotel. Times for the various shuttles will be added the week of. There is also free parking available at Kiana Lodge.
