You can also take the A line to Denver's Union Station. From there a Lyft or Uber would be the best way to get to your hotel or AirBnb if you are staying closer to the wedding venue.

The best thing about an Airbnb around the venue, is that it will be approx. a 15 minute Uber or Lyft to Downtown, or just inside the Mountains. It's also close to Red Rocks Amphitheater if you want to catch a show at a breathtaking venue before returning home.
