Is there a hotel reserved for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a block reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mulvane. We also included a couple other hotels that are near the wedding venue. Check out the TRAVEL tab for more information about each of these hotels and how to reserve a room in the block.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress in Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire. Ladies can wear knee-length, midi dresses, LBDs, or a dressy jumpsuit while men should opt for dress slacks, a button down shirt, and possibly a blazer or jacket. This is an outdoor summer ceremony so breathable fabric and lighter colors are ideal for comfortability. The reception will be indoors (in the AC).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 pm to allow time for parking and getting settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to venue limitations, we're only able to include the guests named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only wedding event, except for children that are named on the invitation. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Can I take photos or video during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
