For restaurants, hands down FAVORITE is: 1) Ristorante II Profeta Firenze. This was THE place all college kids living abroad in Florence took their parents to dinner when they came to visit! "Hidden jewel" with signature yellow table cloths and famous for its handmade pasta and legendary Bonta' del Profeta - "the John Travolta Special".
