Download the Royal Caribbean app and check-in. You will need to have your travel documents and vaccine card readily available. You will choose a 30 minute window for your boarding time then. Nathan and I will be boarding between 12:30 and 1 PM.

UNVAXXED CHILD - get COVID-19 PCR test

RCCL will ONLY accepts PCR test, these take longer to get results so it is recommended to get it taken 3/30 to give an extra day for processing. The self-test at home (rapid antigen) would NOT be accepted. IF YOU TEST POSITIVE within 14 days of departure, EVEN IF you test negative afterwards, you will NOT be allowed to board.

VAXXED FOLKS - Get Tested for COVID-19

Obtain a negative COVID-19 test (antigen or PCR) collected anytime between 3/31 and 4/2, THE ANTIGEN (Diagnostic) TEST RESULTS ARRIVE FASTER and therefore recommended. At home antigen (rapid) testing is acceptable so long as the self-test process happens under live supervision on a video call with a telehealth representative and they issue you a result document that includes all the necessary information. IF YOU TEST POSITIVE within 14 days of departure, EVEN IF you test negative afterwards, you will NOT be allowed to board. IF YOU CANNOT get tested due to lack of appointments and you have exhausted all other options (take-home test expired or don't have one, etc.) OR you do not get your results in time, the antigen (rapid) test performed by mobile providers outside the cruise terminal. However, availability is EXTREMELY LIMITED and by appointment only. The appointment must be scheduled in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Pricing starts at $99 USD, per person.

Board

Arrive during your designated boarding window. Unvaccinated children under age 5 will need to take another COVID-19 test at boarding. After you check in you are free to board the ship. BOOK ALL YOUR ACTIVITIES IN YOUR APP AS SOON AS YOU BOARD. Reservations for dinners, shows, spa services, reservations for things like the FlowRider, rock wall, laser tag, etc., fill up FAST. Then we recommend unpacking your bags and walking around the ship to familiarize yourself with your temporary new home! We also recommend booking any excursions you have not booked already and checking out the spa to enter your raffle ticket for complimentary services! Don't forget to introduce yourself to your stateroom steward and give them a tip, they will be sure that you are taken care of if you have any issues or questions.

Port in Labadee, Haiti

Nathan and I have purchased the below excursions through Royal Caribbean: Dragons Breath Flight Line (zipline) at 11:30 AM feel free to join us! (riders must be 75-275 lbs and at least 4 feet tall. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent) Dragons Tail wooden roller Coaster feel free to join us, we can ride unlimited times, all day! (Kids age 5-11 can ride with a parent, riders must be 38 inches tall minimum, 54+ inches to ride alone, weight limit per cart is 360 lbs.)

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas - Transportation to St. John

The cruise ship docks at 7 AM. The couple will disembark at 8 AM and travel to the courthouse with the officiant to sign their marriage certificates. Afterwards, the couple will re-join the party at HAWKSNEST BAY on St.John. There are 2 ferrys from St.Thomas to St.John, we will be using the Red Hook ferry which departs every hour on the hour and takes about 20 mins. The ferry is both open-air and has an A/C'd cabin. Please plan to catch the 9 AM ferry departure. When you arrive on St.John you will need to take a taxi to HAWKSNEST BAY, which is about 15 mins north. NOTE: Families traveling with unvaccinated kids MUST purchase a local tour through Royal Caribbean if they wish to go ashore in this port of call. Vaccinated parents wishing to go ashore freely can visit RCCL's youth facilities onboard to learn about drop off program hours and availability, and reserve time for their child on the day they wish to go in port.

Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas
