No. We will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask for absolutely no cell phone use during the ceremony. Please relax and celebrate our day with us! We’ve hired a professional photographer so you don’t won’t have to worry about forgetting any moment. Feel free to take personal photos during the cocktail hour and reception. All wedding and reception photos will also be shared here on Zola through our website and we would love for you to take a look at our virtual gallery! The website will stay active so even 5 years down the road you can come back and see them.
The wedding will be semi-formal attire. Women can feel comfortable in a cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, maxi dress, etc. The ceremony will take place on a lawn so block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended. For men, you can never go wrong with a classic suit and dress shoes paired with a good tie! Have no fear, Plan B/C/D is here! In case of rain, the ceremony will take place in the barn. Cocktail hour will be on the first floor of the Inn House while the Wedding Party takes photos, and then for reception we will move back into the barn for dinner and dancing.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get yourself settled before the afternoon beings. Upon arriving, you will be directed to the ceremony area where you can relax and enjoy some water and sweet tea. We ask that you don't wander the grounds as the bride will be out taking her photos and we don't want to spoil the surprise!
Unfortunately, due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Service can be spotty out on the North Fork so we recommend using Google Maps and keeping it on until you get there. As long as you start your route when you have service, it will load and you'll arrive just fine!
Please RSVP through Zola so we can keep track of who is coming to what events. You may also use the RSVP postcard included in your invitation suite to respond. If you are unable to use the website, please contact Jillian with your name so she can look into it and mark you down.
All parking is on premises. The grounds are not large so you will be able to walk easily from your car to the ceremony and reception site.
If you choose to give a gift, we will have a table at the Wedding for your convenience. However, you can also choose to ship gifts to Jillian's parents house. They will hold onto the gifts until Jillian and Isaac return from their Honeymoon and are able to bring them back to their apartment.
There will be multiple snacks at cocktail hour so there will be something for everyone! For dinner, if you are vegetarian, there will be a vegetarian option. If you have any further severe restrictions (Celiac, etc.) Please contact Jillian at the number above and she will take care of it.
Our venue has very firm seating restrictions. If you have already confirmed attendance and either you or someone else in your party is no longer able to make it, please reach out to Jillian (631) 374-4090 as soon as possible so we can inform the venue. We need to have accurate numbers as dinner is plated individually.
