Best Western Plus Franklin Square Inn Troy/Albany

A block of rooms has been set aside for the O'Brien-Kennedy wedding covering December 4th (Thursday) and December 5th (Friday!). We recommend booking as soon as possible because the first weekend in December is a popular weekend for events in Upstate New York. If you have any difficulty using the link below, please call the hotel directly and let them know you're booking for the O'Brien-Kennedy wedding!

Flight

Albany International Airport

Albany International Airport is located about 20 minutes from our hotel and is easy to navigate to and from by car. The airport also has car rental vendors that readily available if you're flying into the area for our Big Day.

Shuttle

We Do Not Have a Shuttle

Because the hotel we're using is directly across the street from our venue, we have not organized any shuttle service but we recommend "shuffling" off to the venue at 5pm because we plan to start our ceremony promptly at 5:30pm and the elevator at our venue may have a line.

We do not have a block of rooms at this hotel, and it is a few blocks away from our venue, but it is within safe walking distance to our venue if you would rather stay at a Marriott property.

Travel Note

Uber & Lyft

Uber and Lyft are both popular rideshare options in Upstate New York. If you are staying further away from our venue, we would be so grateful if you did not indulge in our open bar before getting behind the wheel of your own vehicle. Please use a rideshare service if you have had anything to drink - the Bride and Groom will not be available to bail you out if you get arrested for DWI.
