We were unable to secure a block of rooms at a hotel nearby, unfortunately. But there are several affordable options and Vrbos to peruse.

Don't let "Wingnutz" throw you off. We just stayed here and it's a nice, clean place. Very airport adjacent, about 20 minutes from the venue.

This is where we will be staying. Its near-ish, affordable-ish and right downtown.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo-Airport by IHG

Next to the Airport, 15 minute drive to the venue. If you are looking for a place to fly in, sleep, and then fly out from. This is your go-to.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo

I always like Embassy Suites for big group events. They almost always have a pull-out couch in addition to the bed and frequently complimentary breakfast buffet. The major hotel brands downtown are all near here.
