11:00 am

You're welcome to get ready with us separately at the Malcolm (gentlemen in Aaron & David's room / ladies in Emily & Kyle's room) or just show up ready and hang out! Salvatore will be our official photographer, so he will be bouncing between rooms to capture all the special moments of the day, and we would love for you to be in them! ♡

Group Photos

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Salvatore will be our photographer for the day outside of the ceremony! Please join us at The Malcolm for family photos prior to being picked up for the ceremony.

Limo Pickup

4:30 pm

A limo will arrive at The Malcolm to pick up those attending the ceremony.

The Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

We would love if everyone wore their best formal, autumn-friendly fits!

*IMPORTANT NOTES* - The limo can only take us as far as the Lake Minnewanka parking lot. There is a short walk from the lot to the ceremony location, and while that path is paved, the ceremony itself will be down a small slope on the sandy, rocky shore of the lake. As the ceremony will be standing-only, please consider wearing comfortable footwear! - The ceremony will end at 6:00 and then Kyle and I will be whisked away for photos until 6:30. - We have been advised that umbrellas are not provided for guests should the weather turn. Please feel free to bring a personal-sized umbrella for yourself.

Eat!

7:30 pm

We have reserved a table for those coming to the ceremony at Tank310, the restaurant inside The Grizzly Paw brewery in Canmore. The limo will drop us off there after the ceremony. Dinner is on us! Alcoholic beverages will need to be on individual tabs. ♡ *Please note that Tank310 has a 20-person cap for this reservation.

Party!

9:00 pm

If you’d like to party with us after dinner, we’ll be heading to The Drake for drinks, music, and maybe a game of pool! Everyone’s welcome—come raise a glass with us! ♡
