Friday Check-in
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
4411 Lake Road, Conneaut, OH 44030
Rolling check in begins at 1pm and goes until 4pm. If you are staying at camp you will receive your cabin assignment and welcome packet at check-in. Payment for cabins is due at the time of check-in, $25/per person per night. Please bring cash or check, made out to Cara or Peter.
Getting to Know Camp Tour
4:30 pm
Camp Casual: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to shorts and tees.
We will have stations around camp with staff members past and present leading games and trivia so that all of our guests can get better acquainted with the campus and it's history.
Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm
Camp Banquet: short-sleeved button downs, polo shirts, kakis, sundresses, and sandals.
All guests are welcome to join us for the rehearsal dinner. We will be providing food from Off the Griddle food truck. The rehearsal dinner is BYOB.
Campfire
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Casual to PJs
Come learn where baby shark was popular before Alexa was a thing. Bring a blanket or a hoody, and come sing some camp songs and hang out around the fire. (Rain plan is to move into the Mac Hall)

Continental breakfast will be available in the dining hall from 8:30 to 9:30
Camp Activities
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
From after breakfast until 12 pm we will have camp activities available like swimming and arts and crafts. Feel free to explore the campus and the beach during this time.
Saturday Lunch
11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Camp Casual
Grab and go sandwiches and snacks available in the Mac Hall
Ceremony
3:00 pm
Camp Formal: Suits, dresses, slack, and ties (we recommend no thin heals as there will be a lot of walking on grass and gravel)
Goin' to the chapel and we're gonna get married
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour with yard games outside the chapel
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner, toasts, cake cutting, and a whole lot of dancing in the dining hall
Sunday, August 25, 2019
Sunday Check-out
8:00 am - 11:00 am
Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey-ey, Goodbye! We need your help getting up and out by 11 am. Help us by sweeping out and packing up your cabin before you come to check out. We will have coffee and bagels in the Mac hall where you can check out and hug Cara and Peter goodbye before you hit the road.
