Our Story
..she got cute, he got dapper, and we went out for a special evening.
But little did Nomfundo know… that night would change everything.
Later that evening, she walked into a room filled with some of our closest friends and family. Rotenda got down on one knee and asked to start the process of changing my surname. Cue the tears, the sniffles, the YES — yes, yes!
Then came the next chapter.
On Sunday, 20 October 2024, at around 7am, the Bale family arrived at the Mvuyana gate to begin the process of formally uniting our families. After heartfelt negotiations, laughter, and lots of ululations, the day ended with joy and tradition, a beautiful beginning to our shared future.
And now… this is what brings us here:
