Best Man
Westbrook, Connecticut Evan is Greg's only brother, but Greg is happy that they are more than just that! They are the closest of friends, and have been with each other through it all - from intense basketball games in the driveway to their new found love of craft beers. One of Greg's favorite memories was his trip to visit Evan while he was studying abroad in London. Greg is thrilled to have Evan by his side on this big day!
Matron of Honor
Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Stephanie and Tricia have been the best of friends since the first class, of the first day of high school. Tricia had just moved from Yorkton, Saskatchewan and Stephanie was the first friend she made in Red Deer! Since then, they have played on the same rugby team, worked together at Mohave Grill and Canpro Athletic Training Centre, lived together, and attended just a few Backstreet Boys concerts! Stephanie was a bridesmaid at Tricia's wedding a couple summers ago where she even caught the bouquet!
Groomsman
Norfolk, Massachusetts Frank and Greg met when Greg's parents moved in to Frank's old house, with Frank moving just down the street. The two hit it off and had no idea how ingrained their lives would become. A year after meeting, they found themselves playing on the same hockey team, coached by Frank's dad. Frank and Greg bonded over a love of hockey and their friendship grew from there. Over the years, Frank and Greg went on many trips together and frequently visited each other at their respective houses, whether it was down the street or when the two attended colleges in different states. Greg was the best man at Frank's wedding 5 years ago and has enjoyed watching the Borawski family grow!
Bridesmaid
Toronto, Ontario Stephanie and Joyce have been friends since junior high and even though they seem to always find themselves living in different cities than each other, they have remained so close. Stephanie and Joyce talk on the phone almost daily and both know the other will pick up ready to give advice or discuss any topic - from politics to pop stars! Joyce and Stephanie both participated in their high school musical (Newsies) and Joyce went on to be a theatre major in college. Stephanie attended Joyce's wedding 9 years ago in Calgary, and is so excited Joyce, her husband Cejay, and their triplets are now living out east!
Groomsman
Jersey City, New Jersey Andrew and Greg met in first grade, when Greg moved from West Hartford to Simsbury. Between playground shenanigans and being on the same hockey teams for most of their youth, the two were almost always together. Greg and Andrew then moved in together when they returned to Connecticut after college, where the two had very memorable and fun times. Greg enjoyed hanging out with Andrew when he met Laurel, and one day became the best man at their wedding.
Bridesmaid
Red Deer, Alberta Stephanie and Lacey have been friends since Grade 7, when Lacey came bouncing down the hallways of St. Thomas Aquinas Junior High, handing out candy canes. The two hit it off immediately, and their friendship has grown ever since. Lacey and Stephanie share a love of dance, and even taught together, well after their competition days. After attending Lacey's wedding 15 years ago, Stephanie has watched Lacey's family grow (and grow and grow) and has been so happy to be a part of it!
