One fateful night at a local sports pub, Stephanie and Greg bonded over a long conversation of sports, travel, and reality television. Greg's knowledge of Canada impressed Stephanie and the two quickly found themselves attending a hockey game together. This lead to many trips around New England (and eventually Canada) which were never complete without a stop at a sporting event or brewery - the rest is history!

Stephanie and Greg's first weekend trip away was to Kennebunkport, Maine. The two quickly fell in love with the picturesque New England town, and it soon became a regular getaway spot. While Stephanie and Greg love getting a lobster roll in the coastal town in the summer, a trip in February was becoming a tradition for the couple. After enjoying the ice igloos, Stephanie and Greg decided to take a walk around the town square to enjoy the red and white lights that adorn the center of Kennebunkport all February, and when Stephanie stopped to look at the boats, Greg got down on one knee and proposed.
