If you'd prefer not to stay at one of the selected hotels, there are a number of other hotels & cabin rentals in the area. Please note that if you choose to not stay at one the blocked hotels, you will need to drive to & park at the venue for shuttle pickup. Due to high traffic in the local area this time of year (and this weekend in particular), we HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying in Gatlinburg, Pittman Center, or very close by. We DO NOT recommend staying in Pigeon Forge as traffic may cause a significant delay. Elite Shuttle Service

We’ll have shuttle transportation available to help make the day as easy as possible! A shuttle will run between Hotel Indigo and the venue, as well as from the venue parking lot to the ceremony and reception space. We are currently exploring additional shuttle stops at other hotel block locations. To help us finalize these plans, please let us know your accommodations when you book. If you’re staying elsewhere, plan to drive to the venue’s designated parking area, where a shuttle will bring you up to the event. More details and timing to come as we get closer!
