North Fork Sights, Bites & Flights, a new tour company owned by longtime North Fork residents Eric Deschamps and Maggie Loukatos, seeks to streamline a North Fork outing. The customized tours, which include transportation, meals, reservations and cool activities, are curated with visits to wineries, stores, breweries and restaurants.

Harbes Family Farm - Mattituck
Best place for sweet corn! The lemonade is also fantastic.
Magic Fountain
Best homemade ice cream on the North Fork! Nora recommends the chocolate cherry bourbon and Josh recommends the chocolate raspberry truffle, peanut butter fudge, and mocha chip.
Greenport Harbor Brewery and Restaurant
Awesome local brewery with outdoor seating, lawn games, and very good food!
Pequash Avenue Beach
This is the small local beach near Nora's family home in Cutchogue that she grew up going to her entire life. There is a playground with swings, park benches, picnic tables, barbeque grills, restrooms, a basketball court, a handicap-accessible ramp, and a roped-off swimming area with lifeguards from 11am-5pm.
North Fork Brewing Company
Nice place to grab a beer! They do not have a full kitchen - you can get light snacks, and sometimes, on weekends, they have food trucks.
Claudio's Waterfront
Claudio's has tons of fresh seafood options with outdoor dining on the pier with amazing views. At night there is a full bar and dance floor - highly recommend the mudslides!!!
Crabby Jerry's
It's a fun place to hang out on the waterfront, with casual food, fun music (often live performers), and a good happy hour!
Brix & Rye
Speakeasy vibe with excellent cocktails. They serve pizza from 1943 Pizza Bar, which is the same restaurant we are having their pizza truck at the house on Saturday night!
North Fork Table & Inn Food Truck
Behind the main hotel is the foodtruck! They have an awesome summer menu with local produce and a nice garden area to sit. The North Fork Table also has a fantastic sit-down restaurant if you are looking for a more formal option.
Anker
Excellent small, European-style restaurant on the waterfront. Try to sit on the top floor - has the best views!
Green Hill Kitchen & Que
Local BBQ place that is also open late with live music and tasty late-night bar food
Custer Institute and Observatory
This was one of Nora's favorite places as a kid - this is Long Island's largest astronomical observatory. You can go on Saturday night to see celestial features!
Southold Indian Museum
Local museum highlighting the Native American communities in the area.

This is a Gray family staple place. You can get amazing fresh fish to take home and cook or incredible fish sandwiches. Grab a picnic table outside in the back, place your order inside, and wait to be called! Our family loves the blackened tuna wrap, and if you ask Grams, you MUST get an order of the corn fritters, maybe even two orders...
Sang Lee Farms
One of the most beautiful farms with gorgeous produce. Be sure to grab some of their homemade salad dressing!
