When should I reserve my hotel room?

Answer

Our wedding is Sunday of Labor Day Weekend 2024. This is a busy time of year on the North Fork with limited hotels near the venue. We recommend booking ASAP to guarantee a spot. Please check out the "Travel" tab to see additional information on hotel blocks and other hotel suggestions.

Should we arrive in town the night before?

Answer

Yes, please do!! We will be having a Welcome Party the night before. Please check the "Schedule" page for further details. Therefore, we recommend you book two nights in the hotel. This will also give you the chance to make the most of Labor Day Weekend and explore the North Fork. If you have questions, please let us know!

While we love your little ones, we have decided our wedding to be an adult-only celebration.

Answer

If your invitation says “and guest” or “+1,” then yes. If not, due to capacity, we will only be able to accomodate those listed on your invitation.
