To reserve a room, guests can call the hotel Reservations Department at 516-747-3000.Select Option #2 and mention the Eichenlaub/Iconis Wedding Room Block. Alternatively, you can book online through their website (www.gardencityhotel.com) using the special group code EIC1208. When using the special code online, please click the drop down labeled ‘Group Code’. The room block cut-off date is November 1, 2024. Check-in time starts at 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. If your travel plans or personal schedule require an early check in, there are a limited number of rooms available on Saturday, December 7th. Guests may leave their luggage at bell services and park onsite if the room is not yet available. Pricing for Saturday, December 7th: $279 (plus taxes and fees) Pricing for Sunday, December 8th: $249 (plus taxes and fees)

Airline Options

The venue is nearly equidistant from John F. Kennedy Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Long Island MacArthur Airport. If staying at The Garden City Hotel, there is an AirTrain available through JFK that will connect you to the Garden City train station, which is across from hotel. Additional information regarding the AirTrain can be found here: https://www.jfkairport.com/to-from-airport/air-train Long Island MacArthur is the smallest of the airports and the easiest to navigate. LaGuardia Airport recently went through renovations. While the water display is beautiful and there are a multitude of food options, there is a significant amount of walking required to navigate the airport.

We've taken Amtrak from Penn Station several times and always have a great experience! The Garden City Hotel is across the street and within walking distance of the Garden City Train Station, which makes for easy travel from Penn Station.
