Once you RSVP, Ivana from our amazing planning team (+62 896-7374-5576) will reach out to help coordinate your hotel choice and airport pickup. You're more than welcome to book your own stay elsewhere, but please note that we’ll be arranging a shuttle service to and from the venue only from the hotels listed below. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you'll need to make your way to a pickup point or directly to the venue.
