Brussels Airport Zaventem
Brussels Airport Zaventem (BRU) is the major airport closest to our events. It is 25km to Leuven, approximately a 20 minute drive or 12 minute train ride. For our guests traveling from Atlanta, Delta is restarting direct flights ATL to BRU from June 11th.

Schipol Amsterdam Airport
Depending on where you are flying from it may be more economical to fly to Amsterdam Schipol Airport in the Netherlands (AMS) and take a train directly to Leuven, 225km approximately 2.5 hours. Connecting flights to BRU are also available, approximately 45 minutes.

Shuttle
Saturday Shuttle between Leuven Center and Kasteel Van Lebbeke

Shuttles will be provided between Leuven and Kasteel Van Lebbeke on Saturday for our out of town guests. Please see map links on the Schedule page. Shuttle 1 will depart from the Rector De Somerplein Stop B (Perron B) at 1:15PM sharp so we recommend arriving by 1:00PM to board the shuttle. Shuttle 2 will depart from the Begijnhof Hotel parking lot at 1:30PM sharp so we recommend arriving by 1:15PM to board the shuttle. Return shuttles will run regularly from Kasteel Van Lebbeke starting from 11:00PM and the last shuttle will leave at 4:00AM. The shuttle will drop you off at either of the departure locations in Leuven.
