Civil Ceremony

The civil ceremony is where we will be formally signing our marriage documents and will be held at the botanical gardens of Leuven. This event is optional as our wedding ceremony will be on Saturday. Everyone is more than welcome to attend, please note: The ceremony is performed in Flemish and is expected to be approximately 15 min long. Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand. We are unable to confirm if any seating will be available.
Sangeet
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Colorful Cocktail Attire: Indian party wear (lehnegas, kurtas, etc.), dresses, jumpsuits, etc. Jackets/ties optional.
The Sangeet is an Indian wedding tradition that celebrates the union of two families. Join us to kick off our wedding at this colorful celebration filled with music, dancing, and performances in a unique setting amidst Stella Artois' original brewing kettles. Dinner will be provided.

Shuttle will leave from the Rector De Somerplein Stop B (Perron B) at 1:15PM sharp so we recommend arriving by 1:00PM to board the shuttle.

The shuttle will leave from the Begijnhof Hotel parking lot at 1:30PM sharp so we recommend arriving by 1:15PM to board the shuttle.

Our wedding will take place at Kasteel van Lebbeke, a charming castle built in 1873. The ceremony will be outdoors, followed by cocktail hour/reception. Dinner and dancing to follow in the carriage house. Please arrive for the ceremony by 3:00PM.
Shuttle - Returns

Return shuttles will depart regularly from Kasteel Van Lebbeke starting from 11:00PM and the last shuttle will leave at 4:00AM. The shuttle will drop you off at either of the departure locations.
