What is the dress code for the weekend?

Answer

Cocktail attire for the welcome party and black tie for the wedding reception (colorful black tie attire is encouraged as it will be the peak of summer in Portland).

Do you have childcare recommendations?

Answer

YES! We will plan to reach out to all out of towners with little ones to see if you need support finding childcare. We want to make sure everyone who needs it has childcare they feel comfortable with so you can enjoy a night out with us. We have lots of trusted babysitters we can recommend for children of all ages.

What is the weather like in August in Portland?

Answer

The Pacific Northwest is known for incredible (humidity-free) summers. That being said, it can be quite hot in August (90+ degrees).

We are coming for an extended trip -- Do you have recommendations for what to do in the area?

Answer

YES! One of the things we love most about the Pacific Northwest is exploring the region -- spending time at the Oregon Coast, wine tasting in the Willamette Valley, skiing on Mt.
