Wedding Day Walk / Run

Join us for one of our favorite activities - hiking / trail running. All are welcome - this is NOT a strenuous trail! We anticipate some will walk and some will jog. There will be a coffee cart also offering pastries.
Ceremony and Reception

Black Tie
We will provide shuttles for all guests departing from our recommended hotels. One shuttle will depart from the Ritz Carlton at 3:30 PM PST, and one will depart from the Woodlark at 3:30 PM PST. Pickup locations: • Ritz-Carlton Hotel (900 SW Washington St -- main lobby entrance) • Woodlark Hotel (813 SW Alder St -- main lobby entrance) Shuttles will be Blue Star–branded and will depart from the exact addresses above. For those that plan to Uber or drive themselves, the address for the wedding venue is: Waverley Country Club – 1100 SE Waverly Dr, Portland, OR 97034. We will have shuttles after the ceremony bringing guests back to the Woodlark Hotel and the Ritz Carlton. One shuttle will depart Waverley at 10:30 PM PST, and two shuttles will depart at 11:30 PM PST. We will have flip flops for guests that want to kick-off their heels to dance at the end of the evening. A light scarf is recommended as we will be having dinner outside and it can get cool in the evening.
