Bridesmaid
Nikita and I met during our junior year at the University of Washington. Our friendship quickly developed when we became Jumpstart TLs. We've always shared a passion for teaching, and went to Grad school together. Although I now live in Vancouver, Washington our friendship continues to blossom via text, facetime, and long weekend hangouts.
Bridesmaid
Nikita and I met senior year in college through Jamie and the twosome became a threesome. United in our trio we became closer through urban hiking, trivia nights, and concert hangouts. Our relationship grew while attending UW while getting our masters. We still enjoy our regular meet ups for dinner.
Maid of Honor
Nikita and I met on the day of my birth. It was a hot summer day in July and since then she's been the best.

Groomsman
Jeremy met Kenneth because they are related. Growing up, he looked to Kenneth as the ideal older cousin to emulate. From the very beginning they have shared a deep love for Melee, Memes, Music and M-pedos (in that order of importance). By far the most remarkable qualities of Kenneth are his unwavering love for his family and his unbelievable knack for getting under your skin, everything Jeremy could hope to be for his younger cousins.

My relationship with Kenneth is not really one I wanted. Err…let me rephrase. I mean that I didn’t really have a choice. Err…let me try again. You see, Kenneth is my younger cousin and he’s just always been part of my life as far as I can remember, and I mean that in the best of ways. We went to church together, we shared countless holidays, and perhaps most memorably, we beat Mega Man 2 on the original Nintendo together! Sure, he left LA and never came back after college, but we’ve remained close and learned to forgive him for being a Sounders fan because at least he still roots for the Dodgers and Lakers. We both chose careers in education, and I’ve always cherished our convos about our journeys and experiences in the field. I’ve seen Kenneth reach so many important milestones in his personal and professional life and I couldn’t be prouder. He was a groomsman at my wedding, and I’m so honored to now be part of his. I love you primo and I’m so excited to see you move into this next phase with Nikita and your little one on the way! Cheers!!

As a huge soccer fan I have enjoyed that Kenneth finally saw the light and started following, although he roots for the wrong team. We met at band camp hahaha not entirely true but if you get the reference you will know how long we have known each other. We met at a church camp which lead to us forming a band and that is when we started hanging out more. From playing video games and eating pizza our friendship has seen us go through many adventures and lead Kenneth and the Maldonado family to see me as another member of the family and it is a huge honor to be part of this milestone. Although we don't see each other that often we always pick up where we left off, maybe he will finally convince me to move to the PNW.
Best Man
I had the misfortune of having Kenneth forced into my life, being 1st cousins and all. Luckily though, it turned out he was just as weird as I was, so we got along fine. I can't exactly think of a time we were never close to be honest. We grew up having countless family gatherings. He was always my confidant and partner in crazy. The early and vivid memories of flipping our eyelids back as we had silly face-offs in front of family have always carried a special place in my heart. I had the fortune of finding more than just a cousin in Kenneth. He's a brother and a best friend. We were roommates in our high school years and it only strengthened our bond. Thankfully, we've managed to stay close through the big changes. Visiting him when he was a banana slug in Santa Cruz as well as now that he's in Seattle. Our shared interests have definitely contributed to staying close. We've gone from collecting toy cars to Pokemon cards to collecting our favorite musicians' records. I am so grateful for Kenneth in my life and I'm looking forward to the new adventures and endeavors that await him both professionally and personally. I have no doubt he will continue staying weird and crazy and unique all while still being a great husband and father. Love you cuz.
