Please RSVP as soon as possible. We need to give our final counts to our vendors by the beginning of April, however the sooner the better.
We will comply with all local guidelines at the time of the event. We respectfully request all guests be fully vaccinated and boosted. If high COVID case levels persist until the wedding, we will provide rapid tests for all guests.
The ceremony will be taking place at San Francisco City Hall at the Fourth Floor North Gallery. The reception will be taking place two miles away at Wayfare Tavern in the Sequoia Room. We suggest taking a Lyft or other ride share to get between locations.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We suggest ladies wear dresses and gentlemen wear a suit and tie or sports coat. However, feel free to wear what makes you most comfortable.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early in order to go through security and navigate to the ceremony space. Please give extra time if you plan to drive your own vehicle.
We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. We will be having a professional photographer and will share the photos with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and post to social media, but please make sure to share them with us as well.
After the ceremony, we will be taking pictures for around an hour. Please stay a few extra minutes so we can get a photo of everyone attending. After the group photos, please feel free to explore the city or enjoy a drink at Wayfare Tavern. The private reception space will be open to us starting at 5pm.
We will be holding a welcome event on Saturday for those flying in early. There will also be a family brunch on Sunday.
No, we will not be providing transportation. We highly recommend using a ride share service like Lyft or Uber.
There will not be parking provided at either location. However, there are numerous public parking garages nearby with varying fees. We highly suggest using a ride share service such as Lyft or Uber.
The weather in the bay area tends to be mild year-round. In May, the temperature usually ranges between 68° F and 53° F with very low chances of rain.
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to extend invites to plus ones, unless otherwise specified.
