Ballymaloe is an organic farm and cooking school. When Ally was learning to cook Irish food for Ollie early in their relationship, she turned to the Ballymaloe recipes. Ally took a full day foresting class where she trudged through the beaches and harvested meals they prepared back at the farm. She regularly takes their online courses and her favorite recipes are their carrageen seaweed panna cotta and the potato and leek soup.
