The closest airport is the Juan Santamaria San Jose (SJO) airport and then it’s about a 3 hour drive from there.
Rental Car
Juan Santamaría International Airport
The most convenient option is to rent a car at the airport and drive to Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Driving in Costa Rica is generally safe, most roads are well paved and you shouldn’t encounter much traffic outside of San Jose. We do recommend adding on a GPS device to your rental if you won’t have international cell/data services. Free parking will be available at the hotel.

Roundtrip Shuttle Between Airport and Hotel
Round-trip shuttle transportation between the airport and the hotel can also be arranged directly with the hotel for an additional fee of $50 per person each way.
