Where is the ceremony and the reception?

Both the ceremony and the reception are going to be at The Willows (http://www.willowsonwestfield.com/). The ceremony will be in The Garden and the cocktail hour and reception will be held nearby at The Lodge.

The ceremony will be held from 5-6pm in the Garden and the reception will be from 6-11pm in the Lodge.

The ceremony starts at 5pm, so please arrive with plenty of time to find your seat and get settled.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle from any of the hotels, though we do recommend taking a Lyft or Uber to and from the ceremony for ease of travel. Also, if you end up staying at Hotel Broad Ripple, it is a brief 10 minute walk to the wedding site.

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the Willows, where both the ceremony and reception will take place.
