Located in Plaza de Armas. The Plaza de Armas is the main square of Guadalajara and is located directly in the city's historic center. The square has vendors that offer a variety of tourists packages or simple city tours taken by double decker buses. The tours vary in time from 1 hour/2 hours/half day/full day tours (the longer tours take you to Tequila or nearby towns to explore)/ Luis & I took an approximately 1 hour tour of the city at approximately $5US/each (I can't remember perfectly but it was very cost-effective) which was great to tour the city's sights!
Amazing & unique atmosphere for a romantic dinner experience filled with live mariachi music an at-table salsa making by the server. There is so much to see as the atmosphere has little ponds, intricate art & is heavily gardened.
Tlaquepaque is a well known city in Jalisco that is a short drive from the center of Guadalajara. Tlaquepaque's center is lined with a street solely for foot traffic to enjoy the festive outdoor region filled with delicious mix of Mexican cuisines. The area is filled with beautiful sculptures, art & music.
