Things To Do

Killington Distillery - Still on the Mountain

Killington Distillery - Still on the Mountain

47 Old Mill Road, Killington, VT 05751
, (802) 422-8200

This is one of our favorite places for après drinks outside after spring skiing but they also have delicious food, making this Nicole’s favorite dinner spot. The menu is based around sustainably sourced ingredients from local farms around Killington and the spirits offered are handcrafted in small batches. Inside is a really cool vibe but seating is limited and reservations are highly recommended. Jordan's go-to drink here is the Still's Maple Cask Bourbon on the rocks and Nicole's is the Maple Mule. We were hesitant about the maple, too, but we promise you won't be disappointed!

Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar

Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar

4563 Killington Road, Killington, VT 05751

Want to sneak a peek at where we’ll be getting married? Head to the Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar at the K-1 base area. This spot offers outdoor seating and perfect views, all tucked at the foot of Superstar.

Long Trail Brewing Company

Long Trail Brewing Company

5520 U.S. 4, Bridgewater, VT 05035
, (802) 672-5011

We stop by Long Trail Brewing Co. on almost every trip we make to Killington and highly recommend you do the same! Jordan's favorites are Long Trail Ale and Limbo IPA. Nicole’s favorites are Juic'd and Ski The East, both of which are hazy IPAs. You really can't go wrong with any of the beers on tap here, though (especially when paired with a pretzel).

Killington Golf Course

227 East Mountain Road, Killington, VT 05751

Killington Bike Park

4264-4448 Killington Road, Killington, VT 05751
The Garlic

The Garlic

1724 Killington Road, Killington, VT 05751
, (802) 422-5055

This is one of our favorite places for dinner. This is a casual restaurant with good Italian and American food. It also has a tapas menu which we really like as well.

Quechee Gorge Village

5573 Woodstock Road, Hartford, VT 05059

We've actually never stopped here when passing through other than to check out the gorge. If you ask Nicole, the only reason to stop here is to visit the alpaca farm in the back where you can pet and feed the alpacas. If you want more than alpacas, the Quechee Gorge Village has a few shops (Vermont Toy and Train Museum, Cabot Quechee Store, the Vermont Gold Liquor Store (featuring Vermont distilled products including Vermont wines), and Tasting Room). Plus, there are vendors offering a wide variety of items and you can find plenty of food items made with local Vermont maple syrup. But again - it's really all about the alpacas.

Killington Adventure Center

3861 Killington Road, Killington, VT 05751
, (800) 621-6867

We’ve never been to the adventure center, but for our nieces and nephews, this place has a lot of things to keep everyone entertained. The adventure center offers Woodward Wrecktangle, Beast Mountain Coaster, Zip Line Racers, the Soaring Eagle, Skye Ropes Course, Trampoline Jump, Amaze'n Maze. Check out the link for more information!

Moguls Sports Pub

Moguls Sports Pub

2630 Killington Road, Killington, VT 05751

If you’re looking for a place to hang out, play some pool and have a few beers and some good pub food, we recommend Moguls.
