As the rehearsal is being held at the ceremony location outside of the Peak Lodge and will begin promptly at 2:30pm, please plan to arrive at the K-1 Express Gondola (located at the K-1 Base Area) no later than 2:10pm as the gondola ride to the summit takes approximately 13 minutes. You will receive a lift ticket at this time. Please note that there is a wedding at the Peak Lodge immediately following our rehearsal so the 2:10 upload time is firm.
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Rehearsal dinner will be held at the Firepit Patio, located outside of Preston's. All members of the Bridal Party are welcome to bring their significant others. This will be a laid-back and casual dinner outdoors (weather permitting). We want everyone to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Should there be inclement weather, the rehearsal dinner will be held in the Oscar III function room.
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
If you're planning to arrive on Friday, please consider joining us at the Firepit Patio (should there be inclement weather, the event will be held in the Oscar III function room). Nicole and Jordan will be there to welcome guests and kick off the wedding weekend.
4:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Our wedding ceremony and reception are being held at the Peak Lodge, which is on top of Killington and accessible only by the K-1 Express Gondola. Guests should plan to arrive at the K-1 Base around 4:30pm to ride the Gondola to the summit (which takes approximately 13 minutes). Please plan to arrive at the gondola no later than 5pm. The K-1 Gondola (and Peak Lodge) are ADA accessible and the attendants will be more than happy to assist in boarding at your request. The Gondola is able to be completely stopped for those who would prefer to load in this manner and seats can be folded up to increase available cabin space. The Gondola will be spinning for the duration of our event should you need to leave the Peak Lodge and return to the base area.
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail attire is requested. Please note that there is a short walk from the gondola to the lodge and ceremony site, and this area is packed dirt/grass, so plan footwear accordingly! Also, given we'll be on the summit, we suggest guests bring a layer as it will get cooler as the night progresses.
We ask that all guests arrive at the K-1 base lodge to board the gondola no later than 4:45 as our ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 and the gondola ride takes ~13 minutes to reach the top. Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors at the Killington Peak Lodge, which sits at 4,241 feet and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Green, White and Adirondack mountains. If the weather cooperates, we'll have a gorgeous sunny day with clear skies - so we recommend bringing sunglasses as the ceremony is outside. To ensure the safety of all of our guests, the number of chairs allowed in this outdoor space is limited to 120. There will be space should you prefer to stand for the ceremony. This space is elevated from where the chairs will be placed so you will have an unobstructed view of the ceremony. Should there be inclement weather, the Ceremony will be held inside the Peak Lodge. We're recommending guests bring umbrellas (just in case).
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Please enjoy cocktail hour (on us!) in the Peak Lodge while the newlyweds and their bridal party are outside taking photographs. The Peak Lodge has a fully stocked bar and there will also be an assortment of favorite local micro-brewed and craft beers available. Accompanying the beverages will be a selection of Hors d'oeuvres (two stationed along with five passed) for you to enjoy.
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
To our immediate family members with children: following dinner, our reception turns to 21+ (i.e. approximately around 8pm). We're asking you send your little ones back to the base at this time so that you can celebrate with us.
