Question

What is the Dress Code on the wedding day? What is the Dress Code on the wedding day?

Answer

We’d like everyone to be comfy given that we’re on a holiday! We've listed suggested attire as 'Tropical Chic' - for a woman this might mean a brightly colored sundress, and for men this could be a polo shirt or white button up. Shorts for men are perfectly fine! For those who have requested it, click here for inspiration: https://uk.pinterest.com/nicoleecoutts/nicole-frasers-wedding-barbados-2026/

Question

Are children invited?Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate children for the Welcome Event (more details to come!) We hope that you will understand this decision. If you think that this will impact your ability to join us, please let us know.

Question

What airport should I land into? What airport should I land into?

Answer

Barbados only has one airport called Grantley Adams International Airport. It's about 10-15 minutes from most of the recommended accommodations and wedding venue.

Question

Do I need a visa to enter Barbados?Do I need a visa to enter Barbados?

Answer

Although there is no visa required, there is an entry form to fill out prior to going through customs. You can either do this at the airport where they'll have available forms for you, or can complete this form online prior. To speed up the process, we recommend completing this form online before arriving - you can then bypass those filling out the form at the airport, and go straight to customs. If you complete online, remember to save the confirmation to your phone to show the customs officer. Here is a link to the form: https://www.travelform.gov.bb/

Question

How can I get to venue from my accommodation? How can I get to venue from my accommodation?

Answer

We will provide shuttle buses for those staying in the recommended accommodation areas on our website. There are also plenty of cab services. The phone numbers can be found here: - Island Cabs Barbados: +1 246-247-7880 - Bridgetown Taxi Service: +1 246-263-4585 - PickUP Barbados: +1 246-828-7167 There is parking for wedding guests renting a car. If you are renting a car, please note that Barbados drives on the left side of the road, same to the UK. Traffic can be heavy on the island, so we recommend leaving plenty of time to travel from accommodation to the venue.

Answer

If you're interested in your phones working while in Barbados so you can use GPS, make phones calls, and so forth, we recommend purchasing an eSIM. We normally download the 'Airalo' app which has the option of activating an virtual SIM card during your stay for an inexpensive price. Your phone number will stay the same, and you can still text and receive calls using your number.
