It all began in the first Strategic Leadership class of the University of Edinburgh MBA, when Fraser crossed the room to introduce himself to Nicole. Fresh off a five-year stint in New Zealand, his Cumbrian accent was thicker than ever. Despite only understanding half of what he was saying, something about this charming, slightly unintelligible man caught Nicole's attention. It was clear Fraser's feelings were reciprocated when he spent the first two weeks staring at Nicole - their classmates quickly caught on and started making comments, leaving Nicole to question whether she had a secret admirer or just someone in desperate need of better social skills. Against her best judgement, Nicole agreed to drinks - and the rest was history. Adjusting to a post-MBA life together, seeking new jobs in a struggling economy, navigating a new city (and new country for one), Nicole and Fraser have taken on life's exciting and challenging times together as best friends. In December of 2023, Nicole and Fraser took their first trip to Barbados together, and fell in love with the peace and serenity of the island. As travel lovers, there was no trip they enjoyed more than their time in Barbados. We look forward to uniting our family and friends to share our piece of paradise as we celebrate the next chapter of our love story.
