2900 E AIRPORT DR, ONTARIO, CA 91761, USA Ontario International Airport is the closest to the venue (about 18 miles). It is a medium size airport with direct flights from the Bay Area but no direct flights from Boston. (Neither the bride or groom have ever flown in or out of this airport)

18601 AIRPORT WAY, SANTA ANA, CA 92707, USA John Wayne Airport (AKA Orange County Airport) is the next closet to the venue (about 35 miles). It is also the closest to Disneyland. If flying into this airport and driving to the venue, you may want to avoid State Rte 241 as it is a toll freeway (approx. $7). Use State Rte 55 or 57 as alternates (approximately same distance milage and time wise)

4100 DONALD DOUGLAS DR, LONG BEACH, CA 90808, USA Long Beach Airport is the third closest airport to the venue (about 39 miles) but is very small. Convenient and affordable, especially if flying JetBlue.

1 WORLD WAY, LOS ANGELES, CA 90045, USA Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the largest airport in the area and possibly the least expensive option. It is about 53 Miles from the venue. This airport has as the most options of airlines and flight times.

HOLLYWOOD BURBANK AIRPORT (BOB HOPE)

2627 N HOLLYWOOD WAY, BURBANK, CA 91505, USA Bob Hope Airport (AKA Burbank Airport) is one of the furthest from the venue itself (about 51 miles), but is closest to the Bride and Groom's home. It is the closest option to Universal Studios Hollywood. Affordable if flying southwest, especially from the Bay Area.

1. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are widely available in the area but may be expensive given the distances from the airports, venue, and surrounding attractions. Car rental may be the best option for flexibility and ease of transportation. 2. Please see the link under each airport to find the best car rental/ transportation options from each location. 3. A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue so that all guests can enjoy the celebration without having to drive. Cars are also allowed to be left at the venue overnight if needed. The bride and groom wish for everyone to enjoy responsibly, drive safely, and have a great, safe, and fun time!

*SHUTTLE TO VENUE*

July 5, 2025 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

We have will have a 37 passenger shuttle from the Ayers Hotel to the venue through Swoop. The shuttle is free for all of our guests and will run through out the night. It is about a 15 minute trip and will be first come first serve. The shuttle will be taking 3 trips to the venue before the ceremony at 4p, 4:15p, and 4:30p. If taking the shuttle in oder to be on time to the reception you must be on one of these 3 shuttles. The shuttle will NOT take any late passengers and it will be your own responsibility to get to the venue. The shuttle will run back from the venue to the hotel at 8p, 9p, 10p, 11p, and 12a. It will remain on site at the venue and available if needed at another time in case of emergency. We want all of our guests to have a fun time and drink responsibly
