Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:50. The venue is located within a gated community, you will need to give our names at security. The ceremony is located at the rear of the Venue so please allow extra time upon arrival. There will be a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the venue. Shuttle run times will be posted here closer to the event date.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, Invitations addressed to "the NAME family" include children. We are excited to celebrate with the entire family but please be aware that we will be playing explicit music during the dancing portion of the reception. There will be a play room open during the reception on site where kids can hang out , play board games, or watch a movie. We will have an event nanny to watch over the room. Children are more then welcome to stay in the reception or play in the play room. Please note a parent or guardian must walk the kids in and out of the play room, we don't want any kids lost wandering around.
