*Shuttle Schedule*

We have will have a 37 passenger shuttle from the Ayers Hotel to the venue through Swoop. The shuttle is free for all of our guests and will run throughout the night. It is about a 15 minute trip and will be first come first serve. The shuttle will be taking 3 trips to the venue before the ceremony at 4p, 4:15p, and 4:30p. If taking the shuttle in order to be on time to the reception you must be on one of these 3 shuttles. The shuttle will NOT take any late passengers and it will be your own responsibility to get to the venue. The shuttle will run back from the venue to the hotel at 8p, 9p, 10p, 11p, and 12a. It will remain on site at the venue and available if needed at another time in case of emergency. We want all of our guests to have a fun time and drink responsibly
