Bradley and Tweed Airports

There are two main airports nearby - Hartford (Bradley) and New Haven (Tweed)! Bradley is about 45 minutes away from downtown New Haven, and offers many flight options on various standard airlines. Tweed is about 10 minutes from downtown, but is very small. The main airline at Tweed is Avelo, which offers a small selection of flights from select locations. For friends and family flying in from Miami - there are typically direct flights to both airports!

Charter buses to the venue

June 6, 2026 4:45 pm - 12:00 am

We have scheduled charter buses to transport guests from The Blake Hotel in downtown New Haven to the Pavilion on Crystal Lake venue and back. All guests are welcome to take the buses. The schedule is below. Depart: hotel at 4:45 pm → 5:30 pm at venue Return: venue at 12:00 am → 12:45 am at hotel If you must leave before the end of the night (discouraged, less fun, sleep is boring), please plan to take a car/Uber/Lyft.
