Nicky & David met at a friend's quinceañera in September of 2005. Nicky was 14 and David was 16. They talked the entire night and at the end of the night, exchanged numbers, and parted ways. After the quince, David used his mother's cell phone to call Nicky, they chatted, but she didn't pay too much attention to him because she figured they wouldn't see each other again. A few months passed and David got his own cell phone. He decided to give it another try and called Nicky. They began talking and never stopped. After 15 years of love, hard work, break ups, make ups, and most importantly friendship, David knew he had found his partner for life. On September 19th, 2019 David, Nicky and her mother Janet went to the J Balvin concert (Nicky's favorite reggaeton artist). When Nicky went backstage to meet J Balvin, David got down on one knee and asked her to spend her life with him. Nicole was ecstatic and accepted. The perfect proposal.
