The Wedding Website of Nick Meyer and Reva Greenbaum
What's the best way to get to Santa Barbara? There are multiple options for flying, driving, and taking the train. We've laid out the best options to consider below. Where do you recommend to stay? We have provided links below to our dedicated blocks at the Drift Hotel and Riviera Beach House (call to reserve). Please note, the shuttles to the wedding venue will depart from designated pick-up locations downtown. The provided shuttles will be the only way to get to the wedding venue.

Flight

Santa Barbara Airport (SBA)

The easiest way to get here is by flying directly into Santa Barbara Airport (SBA), just 15 minutes from downtown. The best direct options are short flights from Los Angeles (LAX)* and San Francisco (SFO/OAK). You can also find direct flights from Dallas (DFW), Denver (DEN), Phoenix (PHX), and Atlanta (ATL). *LAX is the closest major international airport. If you would prefer not to fly into SBA, we have outlined convenient alternatives below to get to Santa Barbara from LAX.

Travel Note

Santa Barbara Airbus from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

The Santa Barbara Airbus runs 16 trips a day between Santa Barbara and LAX. Please select Santa Barbara - La Cumbre Plaza as your destination. Bookings can be made online.

Train

Amtrak Pacific Surfliner

Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner route runs from downtown Los Angeles (Union Station) to Santa Barbara. It’s about a 2.5-hour journey and drops you off right on Lower State Street. As a bonus, it's one of the most beautiful train routes in the country with some stunning ocean views.

Rental Car

Driving from LA to Santa Barbara

It’s about a 90-minute to 2-hour drive, but can stretch longer with traffic. Take the US-101 North for the most direct route. If you’re feeling like taking the scenic route, take the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).

Hotel

Drift Santa Barbara (Hotel Block 1)

524 State Street
Santa Barbara, CA 93101

The Drift is a stylish hotel located on Lower State Street, featuring a coffee shop and lively bar in the lobby. These rooms are more compact, and better used as crash pads. If you require the additional space of a larger room or have accessibility concerns, we recommend reserving a room at our second block (Riviera Beach House) or the Harbour View Inn.

Hotel

Riviera Beach House (Hotel Block 2)

121 State St
Santa Barbara, California 93101

Please call 805-966-6586 and inform the front desk that you are booking a room for the Meyer wedding. Hotel rooms start in the mid 300s at this centrally located spot next to the train station on Lower State Street. Great option if you're looking for somewhere casual, a short walk from Stearns Wharf and the beaches.

Hotel

Harbor View Inn

28 West Cabrillo Boulevard
Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Just steps from the beach, but still close to the action on State Street!
