The Wedding Website of Nick Meyer and Reva Greenbaum
Why Santa Barbara? Santa Barbara represents all the best that California has to offer! It's a special place for both of us - Reva's hometown of Newport Beach is just a few hours away, and Nick's stepdad Doug grew up here, so he has been regularly visiting since he was a kid. There's plenty to check out both in and around town, these are just a few of our curated favorites.
Beaches in Town

Beaches in Town

Santa Barbara has three excellent beaches right in town! East Beach sprawls east of Stearns Wharf, while West Beach and Leadbetter Beach are on either side of the harbor.

Taco Crawl

Taco Crawl

There's no shortage of great Mexican food in town. A couple of our favorite spots include Tacos Pipeye (217 N. Milpas Street) and the legendary cash only La Super-Rica Taqueria (622 N. Milpas Street). Just be ready to wait in line at the latter as it was also known to be Julia Child's taqueria of choice.

Brophy Bros.

Brophy Bros.

119 Harbor Way, Santa Barbara, CA 93109

Our favorite seafood spot, right at the harbor.

Explore the Funk Zone

Explore the Funk Zone

As a former industrial neighborhood, the Funk Zone is now home to some of the city’s best restaurants, wine tasting rooms, breweries, boutiques and galleries.

Day Trip to Wine Country

Day Trip to Wine Country

Wine country is a 45 minute drive through the Santa Ynez mountains. Consider booking a wine bus so you can make the most of the day. We love the town of Los Olivos and recommend popping into a vineyard or two up there.

Cold Spring Tavern

Cold Spring Tavern

5995 Stagecoach Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93105

This historic stagecoach stop from the 1860's is our top pick for sampling local Santa Maria style Tri Tip BBQ in an "Old West" setting. Please note, you will need your own car to drive up here, as it's tucked away in a winding mountain pass about 25 minutes outside of town. You can easily tack this on as part of a day trip to Wine Country.

Arroyo Burro - Hendry's Beach

Arroyo Burro - Hendry's Beach

2981 Cliff Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93109

An easy 10 minute drive or Uber from downtown, this is a great "locals" beach with a nice bar/restaurant right on the sand.

Mission Santa Barbara

Mission Santa Barbara

2201 Laguna Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93015

Dubbed "The Queen" of the Missions, this 1786 complex is a must-see for history buffs interested in learning about California's Spanish origins.

In-N-Out Burger

In-N-Out Burger

4865 Calle Real, Goleta, CA 93111

Animal Style.
